• What is the Putt N’ Pub Crawl?

The Putt N’ Pub Crawl is a 5-hour putt putt tournament and pub crawl in downtown Steamboat.  Teams of 4 will play a round/hole at 5 different bars downtown then turn in their scorecard at the after-party for the chance to win prizes, bar tabs, etc.

Each team is given a scorecard when they check into their first hole location that they are responsible for holding on to and submitting to our staff at each hole. Once the scorecard is submitted your team can enjoy a beverage or food while waiting for your team to be called.

When you arrive at each hole, turn your scorecard into our staff member and wait for your team to be called.  Once called, each person will play the golf hole. Players will be given a putter and ball, so please don’t bring any with you. Our staff will total the score for your team and then return your scorecard, which you will take to your next hole. You must complete all six holes in the proper order. You will be responsible for returning the full scorecard to an event staff member at the after party at Backdoor Grill where we will present awards and host a post-party with music, drink deals, giveaways, and other specials.

• When is the Putt N’ Pub Crawl?

November 8th from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m.

• How much is a team?

$40 per team (excluding Eventbrite fees).

• How many teams are in the Putt N’ Pub Crawl?

Up to 50 teams.

• What are the team requirements?

The only requirement is that you have 4 people on your team.  Teams with less than 4 people will be disqualified.

• How do I register a team?

Registration opens up on October 14th at 10:00 a.m.  All registration is handled via Eventbrite.com and you can register by clicking the REGISTER tab at the top of this page.  All teams must be registered by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, November 7th.

• What bars are participating?

Mahogany Ridge, Sake2u, Carl’s Tavern, O’Neils Tavern, Backdoor Grill (this is the pub crawl order as well)

• When does the Putt N’ Pub Crawl start & finish?

The Putt N’ Pub Crawl starts at 5:00 p.m. on the dot, so we ask all teams to show up between 4:30-4:45 p.m. at their starting hole.  As soon as you get to your starting hole, check in at the hole with the Putt N’ Pub representative and they will have you sign a waiver and get wristbands and a scorecard.

The Putt N’ Pub Crawl finishes at 10:00 p.m. at our after party at Backdoor Grill.  All scorecards must be turned in at this time and Putt N’ Pub Crawl representatives will tally up scores and announce the winners by 11:00 p.m.

• What goes on at the after party? 

All teams must turn their scorecard in here by 10:00 p.m and staff will tally up scores and announce prizes and winners by 11:00 p.m.  There will be a DJ spinning tunes, drink specials, and tons of giveaways!

• How will the start locations be decided?

When you register your team, you will have the opportunity to choose your start location.  All start locations are first come, first served, so once they are full, you cannot choose to start there.

• Are there any refunds?

No there are no refunds, but teams are transferable if you want to sell/give it to someone else.  For details email [email protected].
